The application supports barcode scanning of HIBC barcodes and lot codes . The Smartclient also features kit pickup/delivery, field kit replenishment and defined and configurable rules for product consumed from loaner, facility consigned and rep consigned inventory. Matrix and CAP pricing are also supported.

The SOPIC Mobile Smartclient is also fully operational in the off-line/disconnected mode leveraging a powerful on-board relational database. While in the hospital reps have full system functionality including pricing and verified QA. When a signal is detected MBM will automatically connect and upload the data.

MBM SOPIC CRM OnDemand

MBM SOPIC Field Support


SOPIC Field Support allows your internal customer service and operations team to view and manage all cases electronically scheduled by your reps as well as view and manage all kits available to a case. Preference settings allow sales support to filter and sort by rep teams, date of surgery, date of delivery, days until delivery, escalation status, cancellations, re-schedules and more. One click at the end of the day will determine if all case-related tasks are completed. The system holds all rep, surgeon and facility data including contacts, preferences and shipping addresses. Automated communication allows all status updates, changes and escalation of case to instantly notify the rep and all other stakeholders in the process.

MBM WareCom Warehouse Manager


SOPIC WareCom is a powerful warehouse application integrated into all other SOPIC solution components. WareCom provides robust functions for your warehouse personnel including implant/instrument reservation, implant/instrument check-in, Kit validation & replenishment, kit creation, intercompany transfers, recording driver/rep pickups, warehouse spot-checks, inventory audits and tray asset tag tracking. As well, the entire MBM messaging infrastructure is supported by WareCom so the second an implant kit is reserved or promised the sales rep is notified. WareCom has integrated wireless barcode scanning and can easily run on rugged tablet PC’s, UMPC’s or laptops.

MBM SOPIC Reporting Services


SOPIC Reporting Services offers the Dashboards to deliver improved decision making by leveraging data from the SOPIC Server in real time. These dashboards can be tailored based on a user’s role (Operations, Billing, Customer Service, Rep, QA, Management), and they allow the user to take action through integrated collaboration capabilities. Data can be displayed in a variety of formats including, static reports, pivot tables, graphs and charts. Rolling up and consolidating data into drillable executive dashboards. Dozens of standardized reports include Set utilization, Open PO’s, Sales by pathology or brand/component, Expired items, Part utilization, Replenishment history and more.

MBM SOPIC case*trac


SOPIC case*trac is the electronic “BigBoard” that typically replaces the whiteboard in sales, warehouse and operations that most orthopaedic distributors use to get a birds-eye view of upcoming cases and the status of pending transfer and loaner inventory. Designed to display on modern LCD or Plasma screens case*trac can be filtered sorted and configured to give a big-picture view of information and data being created by all stakeholders and users in the system. Real-time data updates case*trac with reserved kits, team schedules, and notification of cancellations or rescheduled cases. case*trac also gives operations kit history data to analyze resource utilization and upcoming demand.
