Jerry Goedicke, President & CEO - Co-founder

Jerry Goedicke is a software industry veteran with more than 18 years of senior product marketing and management experience. Goedicke co-founded Mobitor after a successful tenure at Application Partners Inc., where he served as President and was responsible for the company start-up through the profitable launch of the company’s products. Previously, Mr. Goedicke held executive operational and business development positions at Trident Document Systems and Impell Computer Systems.

He holds a Master of Science degree from Stanford and has a degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.

Lakshman Watawala, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder

Lakshman Watawala, PhD, CTO and co-founder of Mobitor. Dr. Watawala has over 22 years of managing the development of complex software systems. Previously, Dr. Watawala was the VP of Engineering at Application Partners, Inc., where he was responsible for the management and development of the company’s line of award-winning work management software. Prior to Application Partners, Dr. Watawala was responsible for the architectural design of Digital Equipment Corporation’s Document Management Groupware product. Dr. Watawala has held other technical management positions at EA Systems and Impell Corporation.

Dr. Watawala has a PhD from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MS from the Asian Institute of Technology and BS from the University of Sri Lanka.

Audie Hofmann, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Hofmann is a seasoned entrepreneur with a 20-year track record in managing sales, marketing and partner programs for leading information technology companies. Prior to Mobitor, Mr. Hofmann served as Vice President of Sales at ROI Direct where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide customer base, revenues and channel partnerships. Mr. Hofmann joined ROI Direct with the acquisition of OnPoint, Inc. where, as Vice President of sales he grew the company more than ten-fold in revenue. Prior to joining OnPoint Mr. Hofmann was the VP of Worldwide Sales and co-founder of Clarity, Inc, the market leading CRM provider, where in two years time he was credited with growing the business from startup to over $30 Million in revenue. Prior to Clarity Mr. Hofmann founded and operated a successful chain of consumer electronics stores, and a catalog/mail-order/internet business in Canada and the United States.
