What can be done in the Mobitor Customer Portal?
My Account: In the My Account section you can view and edit your Mobitor Customer Portal username and password, contact information, and configuration information regarding your Mobitor Server and Client environments.
My Software: In the My Software section you can view details regarding your hosted Mobitor Server installation(s), performance against your SLA and access design specifications and user manuals related to your specific Mobitor project. You can also check on the availability of upgrades.
Support: Use the Support section to submit requests for technical support, as well as view your open and past support requests.
List Users: Use the Users section to view all Mobitor mobile and field support users for every Mobitor solution you have hosted. The Main, Administrative, and Technical contacts also have the ability to create and manage users, and their roles within the Mobitor Portal.
